With the Mirror routine, the user is able to either copy and flip an entity along an axis, or flip along an axis without retaining the original entity.
To open the Mirror command, Select:
- Modify > Modify > Mirror
Define the Axis
- Either select the entity and hit the Mirror button, or hit the mirror button first, then select the object.
- Define the axis by entering point numbers or selecting the points in the map view.
- Check the ‘Keep Source Objects’ box to retain the original entity.
- Uncheck the ‘Keep Source Objects’ box to flip the entity only.
